High School Volunteer Program accepting applications

Now in its 6th year, the High School Volunteer Program, or HSVP, is an outstanding opportunity for high school students to build leadership, responsibility, and organizational skills while meeting high school volunteer requirements and building their resume for college and beyond. Volunteers may perform the following tasks: assist campers with projects, help camp staff with administrative activities, help campers learn new skills, and perform other tasks as assigned. Volunteers are expected to volunteer for the entire week (Monday - Friday) and have transportation to and from the camps. For highly motivated students, the HSVP is a great resume builder and volunteers who successfully complete the program will be awarded a certificate with their volunteer hours at the end of the summer.
