We are extremely excited to welcome Mr. Will Wright as a great leader for our Logan Leopards!!!!!
Mr. Wright has served as the Principal of Symons Elementary School in Milan, MI since 2013. His move to Logan is a retun to the Ann Arbor Public Schools as he spent eight years as a classroom teacher at Angell Elementary School prior to becoming an administrator in Milan. He began his career as an elementary science teacher in New York City.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Hamilton College in Clinton, New York, a Master of Arts in Elementary Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, New York, NY, and a Master of Arts in K-12 Administration from Michigan State University.
Having spent his sixteen-year career in education at the elementary level, William Wright is well versed in the day-to-day operation of an elementary program and has demonstrated his leadership ability as a building administrator. As an engaged teacher, he collaborated in district-level curriculum planning for math and science. He also led professional development opportunities for teachers to help expand their knowledge base and grow as professionals. During the past year, while serving as a principal in Milan, he also assisted as a team member for a district accreditation review for Oxford Public Schools. His background experience gained from working in multiple settings provides him with a depth and breadth of knowledge that will serve the Logan community well.
From Mr. Wright, " I am thrilled to be returning the the Ann Arbor Public Schools, a move that feels like a homecoming for me. I cannot wait to join the team at Logan and continue the long tradition of excellence in this community."

Logan gives special thanks and appreciation to the two wonderful interim principals we had for the 2015-16 school year, Ms Bruder and Ms. Morhous. We are excited for our new year and new leadership, but these women will always have a special place in Logan's heart. Thank you!
